Excellis Partners is made up of professionals with over 25 years of industry experience working within and providing consulting to for-profit and non-profit organizations. We have deep-seated expertise and experience in the areas of organizational development, talent development, coaching, leadership and team development. We are inclusion and diversity practitioners. Our expertise and work is grounded around building emotional intelligence (EQ) and cultural intelligence (CI). We develop customized solutions that align with each client's priorities in order to ensure greatest impact, targeted results and sustainability.

Pauline Huie, M.Ed, ACC - Founder and Principal of Excellis Partners is an organizational and talent development consultant, leadership coach and facilitator. She has over 25 years of practical corporate experience working in functions such as sales, marketing, human resources/talent management, and organizational development. As an OD consultant, she has partnered with companies across various sectors and industries including high-tech, pharmaceuticals, healthcare systems, financial services, education, and retail.
Pauline's passion and work revolves around a commitment to developing high-performing inclusive leaders and teams. She is a cultural communication and engagement specialist with extensive experience designing and facilitating customized experiential solutions to improve individual and team performance.

Pauline holds certifications in the following: MBTI, DiSC, EQ-i 2.0, EQ-i 360, Korn Ferry 360, True Colors and the Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team™ . She is a credentialed ACC coach with the International Coaching Federation, and is a certified Clifton Strengths Champion coach.
