"Our work team was going through a major transition with roles, reporting structure and team demographics dramatically changing in a very short time frame. It was not an easy shift and we needed help to facilitate our transformation while ensuring that each member felt heard, respected and valued. And we needed to come to a place of understanding and acceptance of our organizations’ new environment and shifting realities as a whole. Pauline came in and helped us to all understand first, our own work styles and preferences, and then to better understand the intentions and motivations of colleagues and new managers within the group.
